A top horizontal 80x80mm RHS steel rail fixed to the top of the bottle bank screen fence to prevent the bottle banks damaging the top of the fence when the bottle banks are being serviced.

Also the posts are bolted to stub posts to allow fence repairs / relocation of the fence, without having to excavate the post from the ground.
