C. Spink Security Fencing is able to provide both a prompt repair service and security modifications to new and existing fencing, gates and door. Repairs : We are normally able to carrying most repairs on the same day providing we are contacted during the early part of the morning. If we are contacted after this period of time, the repairs would normally be carried out during early part of the following day. Generally, the more information we are given about the repair, the quicker we can respond to perform either a temporary repair or permanent repair - we are able to respond to SMS text messages, mobile calls and email constantly, even when we are out on site. We will carry out prompt / emergency repairs in West Yorkshire, North Yorkshire, along the A1 and M62 corridors of North and West Yorkshire and the northern part of South Yorkshire. |

Modifications : We can generally advise on modifications to new or existing fencing & gates to try and make the work of the uninvited visitor more difficult. Below are 3typical modifications which can be applied to damaged or vandalised steel palisade fencing, provide extra protection for gate lock areas and secure fire exit doors more efectively |

Sometimes palisade fences come under attack with people trying to remove the bottom palisade pale fixings to allow them to move one pale out of position and gain entry through the fence. An additional low rail provides an extra degree of security to the bottom part of the palisade fence from this kind of attack. Even with this additional lower rail, it is always a good idea to keep a clear corridor along the back of any fence so that any intrusion through the fence can be quickly identified and remedied.

Padlock cover hoods welded to both sites of an old set of entrance gates. Besides providing addtional protection to the padlock, the hoods also provide a reasonable degree of protection from ice and snow in the winter months. They also stop uninvited persons from easily seeing what kind of lock is fitted or if it is actually secured on the gate.
